Back when I went to Langara College for my Professional Photography Program in 1993-93, one assignment I did was to take Black & White photos at a Pow Wow.

It was taking place at the Plaza of Nations and I was given permission to take the photos but for portfolio purposes only.

After that assignment I did another where I Sepia-Toned all my photos. The other students really did not like that as it's very smelly and uses some very harsh chemicals. (Luckily with digital imaging, we don't need those any more but they did make a photo last up to 100 years, something we are not sure about with todays technology)

For another assignment I Hand-Coloured the photos. My instructor was very impressed, he said I had a real talent for it. These are the results of those assignments.
